I read the description, and I had a strong suspicion. So I decided to purchase this book. My instincts were right on the money. Mike Breen offers profound insights into sociology and group psychology, which he uses to provide step-by-step instructions and direction in recruiting "disciples" and maintaining a cult. He breaks it down into a science and explains strategies with immaculate detail and variety in methodologies. He teaches when or how to use a mechanism of influence and leadership, what to look for in people, and how to notice which disciples are "skilled" in certain parts of the ministry and facilitate growth, thus training the disciples to become recruiters for the ministry based on their skillset. The only thing missing from this "how-to-start-your-own-cult" manual is the Flavor-Aid. **ba dum tss (rim shot drums)**

**In January 2024, Mike Breen stepped down from his ministry because of cult-like allegations. Some of the allegations include sexual assault of vulnerable members of his ministry, sexual and financial exploitation, bullying/extortive conduct, and intimidation to secure power and control--for his perverse and inhumane intentions.**
