If you are an educator of any kind, I urge you to go pick up this book and read it to understand the place that it is coming from. It is a really great instructional journey to help understand why your students are perceiving you, your teaching, your methods, and everything else that you do, the way that they are. It really is one of those eye opening texts that help you to understand your classroom so much better. I really appreciated reading this in my summer course this year. It was wonderful.
