Lacey Alexander

Lacey Alexander's books have been called deliciously decadent, unbelievably erotic, exceptionally arousing, blazingly sexual, and downright sinful. In each book, Lacey strives to take her readers on the ultimate erotic adventure and hopes her books will encourage women to embrace their sexual fantasies.

Lacey resides in the Midwest with her husband, and when not penning romantic erotica, she enjoys history and traveling, often incorporating favorite travel destinations into her work.

Lacey's romantic erotica combines hardcore erotica and romance. The sex scenes are very graphic, detailed, and plentiful, including graphic language and extreme sexual situations, but entwined is a romantic, loving relationship that will reach a level of monogamous commitment by the end of the book. Perfect for the reader who enjoys extremely hot, graphic sex and fantasy-type situations, but who also finds satisfaction in traditional romance and wants to see characters fall in love.

Lacey Alexander also writes romance under the name of Toni Blake.

The second book in the Hot in the City series by Lacey Alexander gets even hotter! I love this series because it reminds me so much of the classic Erotic Romance. Obviously since it’s an older release, there are some aspects of this book that are quite dated, but that didn’t bother me in the least. Alexander moves this book at a very fast clip and I think if you have any kind of reservations, then it’s better to abort because there are some pretty steamy scenes in this book that might take you by surprise.

This book is a little different because it is set in Las Vegas and has a bit of a business theme to it. When Diana has some work to do, her wild ways bubble up to the surface again when she meets Marc. He brings out the wildcat in her, encouraging her in ways that take her to the limit. This book has a lot of sexual exploration featuring everything from ménage a trois, BDSM, and even some girl on girl action. So there’s really a great mix here for heightened impact.

Although I didn’t like this book as much as the first, I do think it’s a great read and I definitely read this book too quickly. Luckily for me, there are more books in the series!

Oh! Good lord! That was pure trash...and trust me, the Lord was certainly not involved :). Might I add that it was spectacularly written trash--LA does dirty very well.

Not much to report b/c it is her typical story line. Traveling business woman gets all kinds of freaky with hot kinky man. This one, however, had quite the variety-in 3 nights there was a fantastic array of sexual situations including M/F/M/M, M/F/M, F/M/F.

Good Porno with a story. The heroine was a bad girl trying to be good. The story had some emotion and very well described sex scenes, nothing too vanilla though. Basically I read it for the sex, enjoyed it for the sex, and gave it 4 Stars for the sex.

I am a huge fan of Lacey Alexander. She has a knack for writing some of the sexiest, raunchiest erotic stories I have ever come across, and she does it all in a way that is neither over-the-top or uncomfortable to read.

This is the second installment in her Hot In The City series (beginning with the equally excellent French Quarter). This time around we have the story of Diana and Marc. They both work for the same company, but on different sides of the country. They begin a phone call and email flirtation that quickly becomes hot and heavy. Soon, Diana is dispatched to help Marc on a work project at his home base in Las Vegas, and when these two characters finally meet face to face, the chemistry is beyond blistering.

Alexander not only fills this book with many well done erotic encounters, but actually gives us a plot that makes sense, and doesn't seem forced. Something missing in a LOT of erotic fiction these days.

Now, having said all that, I realize this book is not for everyone. It features a wide variety of pairings: M/F, M/M/F/M, M/F/M, F/M/F and a hint of M/M. But, if you enjoy intelligent erotica, and don't mind a bit of kink, then you can't go wrong with Lacey Alexander.

I would love to give this book a 5 star, but that would be based solely on the amount of GRADE A smut found between the front and back cover. As it is, it was a solid 4 to 4.5 star. The story and the characters are likeable. For my smut loving friends...there are threesomes, foursomes (ya it can be done), girl on girl, girl on girl on guy, a little BDSM and to top it all off! An "I Love You" at the end. IMO it is the book for you if you are looking for a little naughty escape.

Great second book in the Hot in the City series. Steamy.

Diana is the younger sister of Liz- who was in French Quarter. Diana has always been a bad girl, lately however she is trying to be good by dating a boring no-sex giving boyfriend just to please her parents.

When she goes into work one day, her boss tells her that she immediately needs to go to Vegas to the corporate office of her employer to help out with marketing stuff. She is really excited about this because she will get to see Marc... the man from corporate she has been flirting with over the phone and e-mail. Before she leaves, she calls her boring boyfriend and tells him they need to take "some time apart" so that she can really spend time with Marc.

Marc is so excited to finally meet Diana in person! He plans a week filled with excitement for the two of them to explore together. Little does he know, that she is the one that's going to show HIM some excitement!

This books contains sexual situations that include m/f/m, m/f/f, voyeurism and light BDSM. Its pretty hot... in fact, if you like menages you will really like this book. The H/H dont really spend much time alone together until the end of this book. IMO- another great book from Lacey Alexander

I'll start by saying thank you to Ms. Alexander; I won this book in a goodreads giveaway and I am always thankful for the honor of receiving a book, by winning or by gift, as reading is one of my favorite things. However, after reading this gem I have to say I am exceedingly grateful as I had, unfortunately, not heard of this title previously nor was I familiar with Ms. Alexander as an author; an error I will be reading diligently to correct.

I started this book right after putting my kids down to bed and could not put it down, with only minor exceptions, until the last page. It is now around 2am and I was too eager to write my review to give into sleep (or after the book, my husband lol!)...it was THAT good!

One of my pet-peeves with a lot of adult romance books is they can be written thinking that if the sex scenes are great than the rest is all just filler however in my opinion reading a scene, being pulled into it - taken away with it, requires that you feel immersed in the story's world, in tune with the characters and involved in the relationship. If the background and build up of the character's relationship is not there, if the reasons for the connection is not evident, I find it hard to enjoy even the best sex scene.

That all being said, I completely connected with the characters in Sin City. Everything from the build up of their relationship over months of calls and emails, that escalated in their intimacy to Diana's conflicting desire to enjoy her sexuality vs. wanting to be accepted by her parents, to the point of conformity, give a look into the soul of the characters and enabled me to merge with the story as if I was in it - and isn't that the simplest definition of a good-read!

The Sin City storyline itself was smooth and believable and surprisingly honest in the progression and parallel character emotion. Last, but certainly not least, the sex scenes in Sin City are AMAZING! It's like a sex buffet giving you a little taste of a variety of sexual sins from menage, ff, bdsm, voyerism and even a teensy tiny bit of mm.

This is one of my new favorites and I cannot wait to read more from Ms. Alexander!

This is a very hot series and gets better every time I read one. I was grabbed right out of the box by the prologue which gave me all the incentive I needed to continue reading. It had one of the hottest phone sex scenes I have ever read and got me interested in both the characters who were involved. The characters were also all written extremely well from the mains to the side ones you get to know something about who they are. The situations depicted were beautifully written and definitely made the temperature rise for me. I loved the setting because I love the place, Las Vegas is my idea of heaven, partly because it was an anything goes place, not so much anymore.

Diana Marsh lives in Baltimore and has a great family, though they tend to be a bit controlling. When her sister in New Orleans breaks ranks and decides to go her own way for love, Diana decides that she must give up her bad girl ways and be the good girl her family wants. That is easier said then done since she has been flirting with a co-worker by phone and email for months, and she is very interested in him, even though they will likely never meet.

Marc Davenport works in the corporate office in Las Vegas and has been calling on Diana regularly for her help on various problems. He has also been flirting shamelessly with the attractive woman in marketing whose picture he has committed to memory. He knows she has a boyfriend, though she does not seem into him, but he really wants to get to know her better. That chance presents itself when a team member leaves and they need a woman to complete their task, and Adrianna calls in Diana to help them. How good can you be when there is a hot man waiting to do the most delicious things to you, how good would you want to be.

Great story with characters who are smart, sexy, and very human. This has BDSM play, mmf play, and mff play. Recommend to all.

Book 2 of the Hot in the City Series - But can be read as a stand-alone

There is a bit of a plot but for the most part this book is about Diana Marsh & her seeming desire to be a good girl & how that desire flies right out the window as soon as she arrives in Las Vegas & meets Marc Davenport in person. I've tagged it as cheating because

So Diana is sent to Las Vegas to work on the catalog for the company she's employed with, Adrianna, Inc. - a lingerie company. She breaks up with Bradley right before she leaves "just in case" she decides to take things further with Marc than she already has. I'm not sure who she thinks she's kidding at this point, I think she already knew she was going to at least have sex with Marc.

In less than a week, she manages to have just about every kind of threesome imaginable except for m/m/f & that's borderline questionable with just a little bit of mouth to penis action between Marc & his neighbor. How anyone at this company manages to get any work done with all the sex they're having is beyond me. Even the boss lady, Adrianna is doing the receptionist behind closed doors.

This was totally hot but somewhere long the way I felt like I was reading porn. One couldn't argue Ms Lacey Alexander writes the smoking hot sex scenes, but if you're a reader who's looking for some substance, there is little of that here and this reminded me of her novel "Seven nights of Sin" because of the location, and about two coworkers indulging in carnal pleasures. There are a lot of group sex here, a little romance and 100% unadulterated lust. Again, I appreciate the F/F scene and there's mild BDSM here.

Though I'm a big fan of this author, the stories I read have the same theme of hedonism and living life to the fullest, exploing one's sexuality, and falling in love past the stage of falling in mutual lust. Yes, most of her novels are steamy and sinfully sexy, but somewhere out there, real people are living this kind of life. I like how the characters behave and get along fabulously in a nonsexual level. They respected each other and aside from the sexual chemistry, their personalities matched as well. With each other they didn't need to pretend, or hide behind a facade of who they're expecte to be. Reading this type of novel is escaping harsh realities. I appreciated this because of little conflict and the happily ever after. I'm reading the next!

The second of three books in Lacey Alexander's Hot in the City trilogy, Sin City is a no-holds-barred ROMP. The conflict and resolution are minimal, the only angst that Marc and Diana experience throughout consists of debates about whether to have sex alone or with various friends.

Unlike French Quarter, the first book in the Hot in the City trilogy, Sin City contains scenes of M/F/M/M, M/F/M, and F/M/F menage, as well as some F/F sex. There is also one event of B&D combined with the F/M/F menage and F/F scene. Among erotic romance readers, this book may appeal to a limited audience, but the HEA is heartwarming and assures there is hope for our hedonistic hero and heroine.

I didn't enjoy this book as much as I did French Quarter and Key West, but given the number of references in French Quarter to Diana's 'bad girl' ways, I wanted to know her story, too.

The first book I read by Lacey was French Quarter and I absolutely loved it, so of course I was eager to dive into the next installmen. However in this instead of having an adventurous heroine we get one who IMO is just damn right 'slutty'! It seemed like the author was so intent on the multiple partners theme it compromised any plot. The thing I had the most trouble with was how everyone was connected. I don't know how the hell these people worked together.

So if you are looking for a story with little plot or character development, but alot of multiple partner sex, this one is for you :)

This is a straight up sexy, erotic, love story from the Vegas strip. If your idea of a hot time is sharing your partner or in the past you lived the wild life but gave it up and always wondered if you should have, then this book is definitely for you. As for myself, I'm not sure I could ever share the one I'm in love with physically with someone else. However, if your open minded and willing to look past that aspect of the book and accept it for what it is, which is a hot, sexy story then you will still enjoy the book. There is plenty of raw sex and a nicely woven love story in this book that should draw in the majority of you looking for some titillation.

This book is erotica, so if that's not your thing, stop reading.

This is the 2nd? book I've read by Lacy Alexander, and I again liked her writing very much. Erotica dialogue can sometimes be corny and often the sex scenes aren't glued together with a good plot, but Ms. Alexander stears clear of both faults. This might not a work of literature, but it is a good contemporary romance with a very kinky and explicit twist. Definatly a fun read. Includes M-F-M, and F-F-M menage, light bondage, Dominance/submission, exihibitionism, voyerism.

I feel no connection or chemistry between these two characters, maybe because they're too busy sharing with others. Even the menage scenes seemed to be staged instead of a fun coincidence. And after reading Cherise Sinclair, the BDSM scene was just clunky.
At the pool scene, all I could think was 'oh for the love of... another group scene?! Where's my HEA?'
Everything turns our fine in the end, but it didn't so much give me a good story as just a bunch of erotic scenes.
And, that's okay by me too.

Is there such a thing as too much smut?
Well, it turns out, yes there is, and this book is an example of it.
That may be the reason for some to pick up, and why others steer away from it. Both options are valid. You should just know what you're getting into.

This book was reviewed for Musings of a bookworm click here to see the review.

This is what the book is about.
Diana Marsh is trying to change her wicked ways. She’s even dating a guy everyone agrees is prime husband material—conservative and boring, everything her family could wish for.

There’s only one secret vice left to eliminate: Marc Davenport, the super-sexy co-worker she’s been flirting with online. A business trip to Las Vegas is her opportunity to do just that, to sow the last of her wild oats with Marc before retiring behind the white picket fence. And where better than the ultra-erotic playground of Sin City?

A new job awaits Marc in France, and a casual fling with Diana is the perfect send-off—together they indulge in every conceivable hot and scintillating fantasy the town has to offer. Even if her resolve to turn off her sensual nature bothers Marc, he reminds himself that their naughty games are only temporary and she’s a determined woman with a plan.

However, when the two are ripped apart without warning, all bets are off. To Marc, Diana’s wild side is too beautiful to be contained. Too beautiful, he suddenly realizes, to let him walk away without playing to win.

This is what I thought about it.
This book was hot and sexy and made me a little scared of Las Vagas.
The story was mainly about Diana coming to terms with the fact she is in no way straight laced. There is not a lot I can say about this really as it was a sex-fest plain and simple, all be it a good one. What i will say though is that it was a fun read and I will be looking at more titles in this series.

What can i say - i love erotica and LAcey Alexander, and i did like this book, but - there is a big BUT ... i guess i am old-fashioned. I felt that the heroine (Diana) was too much of a slut. Harsh - i know :(
Unless erotica is paired with loveable characters and some romance - i can't get into it too much. I know the author was trying to make it sound a bit more romantic by throwing in lines that made it seem like the characters were falling in love and would not want to sepparate when the time came, but the characters themselves lacked any kind of depth. How are you to relate to this woman who keeps saying she wants to be a "good girl" (whatever that is) and marry a man whom she does not love nor find attractive (smart!), only to have sex with THREE complete strangers on her first night in Las Vegas. Who does that?! AIDS much?! Then, every single night after that - all the couple thinks about is who they are going to have menages with. In a new relationship, where you just met this "super-hot" guy and you are apparently SOOOO in lust with him, you STILL need a 3rd or 4th person to have sex with?! It's just things like these that didn't really sit well with me> the character (Diana) was annoying to me. I had no issues with the actuall sex scenes > the sex is always hot with LAcey Alexander - I think she depicts steamy scenes better than any other author out there. I guess my problem is that i expect every book i read (no matter what the genre is) to be fully realistic. If there are parts where i say "omg who would do that?!" - then i get put off by the book....

Holy hotness Batman. I expected this book to be uber-hot after reading French Quarter, but holy SHIT. Sin City is right. If you like books with a lot of menage, you'll love this one. While French Quarter only had the one scene, this one was full of it. You do have to suspend disbelief a little bit at how these two develop such intimacy when almost every encounter they have the week she is there are with other people present, and let's face it, the company is a HR NIGHTMARE with all the fraternization going on (snort, if you want to call it that), but it IS fiction and Marc and Diana have been talking on the phone and emailing for a while before they finally meet in person. I actually liked the BDSM scene and was surprised at how well the f/f scene was written (which you could see coming a mile away) and thought it was really pretty creative with all the places that the author took this couple to in their sexual escapades. Setting is always a big thing with me in books, and this book had it in spades ranging from the warm desert air to the descriptions of the casinos. Very fun, hot book!!!

First, this chick is a hoe bag slut. I mean seriously, she was there for less than a week and got it on with at least 5 different people. And watched a threesome and went to a sex club. Secondly, this book was so unbelievably unreal. There is no way you could have a bdsm threesome with your female boss and another coworker and not get fired, even if you do work for a lingerie company. And you can't just go around having sex with people from your office, and your pseudo boyfriend's neighbor and friends. Thirdly, why is every man and woman she meets attracted to her? That wouldn't happen. Fourthly, the dialogue and the plot it was all so cheesy and trashy and just not realistic. No way would all those people be willing to have threesomes and foursomes and all this kinky stuff after just meeting, and no way would a guy give up his dream job for a girl he just met. Fifthly, a lady wouldn't just change her mind about what turns her on just because a guy is there.

It has been a really long time since I have read a romance novel...which is what I thought I was picking up when I got Sin City. Wow! Little did I realize that I was about to get deep into some really awesomely written erotica! This book is SUPER sexy! Alexander does a great job of writing the characters and scenes and I found myself caring about who the folks were and what they were up to more than I would have expected...but the sex was what kept me reading for sure! Super hot scenes of all kinds and they just don't stop. This book is great reading for private time at home...it was too hot for me to read in public without getting really blushy! If you are in to the idea of reading some hot sexy scenes with a fun plot then this book comes highly recommended by me!

You gotta love Vegas! This is the best of the series. Diana and Marc are off the charts hot!

It it assumed they just have a working relationship in the beginning until she gets that late night phone call that leads to phone sex. Lucky for her she is needed in Vegas to lend a "womans" touch to the new ad campaign of Adriennes. Now she is face to face with the co worker turned late night phone sex partner.

One limo ride with two of Marc's friends and Adrienne herself involved with both Marc and Diana makes this book into a M/M/F/M, M/F/F and a little M/M/F.

Cheers to this book! 4.5 out of 5 stars
