The pictures of individual artist works are gorgeous and inspiring. I'm not sure how useful the instructional section is, because I'm still a beginner, and this seemed way over my current abilities. But I will definitely keep this in my library for inspiration and instruction when I'm a little further down my lampwork path.
This book provides a nice insight into the beginnings of many top lampworkers, mainly based in the U.S. The tutorials are also well written. I am already familiar with most of the techniques used in the book, so the artist bios appealed to me the most. This would be an excellent resource for those new to the craft.
