That was the most mediocre comic I've read in a while. The writing was ok, the story was kinda meh. The interior art had Ben Templesmith vibes, but not nearly as good. What originally drew me to this series was the cover art of the first couple issues, and you know what they say about covers.

Interesting premise, faulted some in the delivery. Sadly, the art was almost distracting.

I only read issue one (the first 29 pages of this volume). Its okay, the art is stylized and a little dark for my taste (not dark as in brooding, dark as in too much brown and black). The main character is unsympathetic. I have better things to do than root around for the next issue, so I will give it a solid two and go about my business.
