this is a reflective kind of a book which takes you for the ride within yourself. The best part of the book is the stories which begins the chapters and then how the author analyses each chapter. when i started the book i found very excited to reach the application part and do practical work but later i found it not worth. it wasn't a mundane work but i feel the author must know that the reader isn't having a counsellor near him and he is reading the book himself and by that i can say this book could not connect with the common man. but overall i gained a lot from this book. it was like a self check and many things which i have done in life which i had forgotten came in front of me. on the whole i found this book worth a try.
