An interesting book for anyone wanting to learn more about this "movement" in mid 19th-century English art. The strength of the work, however, is in the text not the reproductions of the actual paintings.
The reproductions in this particular book often come of as murky especially for anyone who has viewed the original paintings.
I learned a lot of helpful biographical information but not a lot by viewing the art in the book.
