Originally from Halesowen near Birmingham, Olwen currently lives in Cornwall with her husband, two teenage children and a slightly dotty cat who talks a lot. About what she has no idea but the meaows, meooows and mews sound fascincating!

She started writing stories when she was still at school having been inspired by her favourite authors Enid Blyton, Franklin W. Dixon and Caroline Keene. She still has a soft spot for the Famous Five.

It's a cute kids book. For fiction some kids would like it but it starts out kind of confusing and you are trying to figure out what is happening once you do you are more able to enjoy the story.
