I really enjoyed this short fable. If you run a Managed Service Provider, it's a must read.

A quick read for any business student or anyone interested in starting, establishing, managing and selling their own business. The book was relevant to me because the customers I market to every day are IT resellers like those described in the book. The writers focused on both best practices and the imporatance of hiring the right people in any business.
