Bindi and her family are on their annual trip to study crocodiles. The nature reserve is a beautiful place, but vvith all the crocodiles around, it can be dangerous too. So when Bindi and Robert stumble upon a mysterious campsite, they decide to check it out. Are the campers in trouble―or up to no good? Exciting Animal Fact Files included in every book!
Bindi Sue Irwin is an Australian television personality, conservationist, zookeeper, and actress. The daughter of conservationists Terri and the late Steve Irwin, she is the chief executive officer of Australia Zoo in Beerwah, Queensland.
When she was younger she also authored some children's wildlife & conservation books.
This is the third and final of the Bindi books that are in the library of the house where I am staying at the moment. A library as you can guess containing many books for the younger person. In this one Bindi foils a nefarious scheme from a man who is planning to set up a bauxite mine in the Steve Irwin Nature Reserve. How he is going to get about doing that is a little vague but that's neither here nor there, because Bindi wins him over not with weapons and blood and guts but with charm, and the beauty of nature. The beauty of the area and the crocodiles win him over and he changes his mind. Spoiler there but really there is very little tension in these books. Anyway unless I happen to come across more of Bindi in my travels that is it for me and the saviour of the universe. Thanks Bindi!

This book was interesting because it was about Bindi, Robert and Terri Irwin and their crocodile tagging team. They caught the crocodiles, cut the rough scaly skin and put the transmitter inside.
