God is in the business of multiplication. Healthy and growing churches have several things in common, not the least of which is mentoring or discipling. As leaders we can add to the church through great programs and powerful worship services. But if we want to multiply the church, we will need to follow the mentoring pattern set forth by Jesus with the Twelve, and by the Apostle Paul. In this book we will examine the mentoring style of Jesus and study 10 keys to mentoring given by Paul. Lastly, we will review many of the mentoring relationships found in the Bible.
