Elementary non-fiction is often somewhat dull and dry - recitations of facts designed for kids doing elementary level research. This book attempts to liven it up with the idea that the reader is planning a trip to a meteor or comet. This is a serviceable piece of non-fiction that children interested in space will enjoy, and the illustrations are well done. Suitable for strong (or interested) readers from 3rd-5th.
