Discusses the problem of compulsive hoarding where people keep almost everything and throw out next to nothing. In time, this behavior can lead to rooms or entire houses filled with unused things, leaving little usable living space.
This book did not answer any questions I had about hoarding that I didn't already know the answers to. It was highly repetitive and at the end of the day, after 128 pages, all I came away with was that we still don't know why people hoard.
This is a book geared more towards young people, however, it can still give an older reader a very good and non-judgmental insight to hoarding. There are also references listed in the back where one can seek help or get further information.
