Tristan Smith-Chamberlain. King of the gods of Hatherley Hall. Captain of the lacrosse team. The golden boy, loved by everyone…except me. Once he was my best friend. My shelter from the storm. Now he’s everything I despise. That’s what I tell myself, anyway.
Our time at Hatherley Hall is coming to an end, and all I need to do is to stay out of his way. Too bad it’s not that simple. I discovered something. A mystery from the past. A secret that has remained buried until now.
Now we have to face our differences and work together to find out the truth. I didn’t anticipate just how difficult that would be.
It’s becoming harder to ignore the way he sends a shiver down my spine. The way his eyes sparkle when he riles me up, like he’s enjoying it just as much as I am. The way he lets me see another side of him. The side I used to know, that I thought was long gone.
A storm is coming. The box has been opened…and there’s no way to close it.

Sinful Storms is the third and final book in Hatherley Hall series by Becca Steele! I was dying for the golden boy, Tristan’s book. Becca has a knack of writing the golden boy who uses humour as his defence mechanism and they normally fall the hardest for their girls and I eat it up every time.
Tristan and Aria’s banter was amazing. The sexual tension and the push and pull has me enthralled.

This book has everything you could want in it friends to enemies to lovers, a mystery alongside a secret society. This is the third book of the gods of hatherley hall. This book does not disappoint. There’s the right amount of spice. It is a page turn for sure!
"IN NOMINE IUSTITIAE, OMNIA IUSTIFICATA." In the name of justice, all things are justified.
I adore this series!!! I loved every book in it, but this last one is my most favorite!!! I knew from the very first book that Tristan and Aria would be fire together and Becca gave us an unforgettable ride with these two in the front seats!!! 'Sinful Storms' was an amazing enemies to lovers romance with a mysterious background that was keeping you at the edge of your seat all the time!!! Aria and Tristan were a perfect match full of passion and intensity!!! Every time that they were in each other's vicinity, I was melting all over my kindle!!!
"It only takes one moment for everything to change. One moment and one girl..."
Tristan was the golden boy, one of the Gods of Hatherley Hall and everyone was dancing on his tune!!! The only person that wasn't falling on her knees for him was Aria... Aria, his childhood best friend whom he had sworn to protect from the storms, but he never did!!! Now, these two were always on each other's throat, but you could always feel the pull between them... Lately, things are starting to change and that's because of an old box and the secrets that was hiding inside... Now, they have to work together to get to the bottom of the truth, but being into each other's space so often can bring another kind of trouble!!!
"We look good together, don't we?" "Lots of things that look good can be poisonous."
I loved Aria and Tristan so much!!! Their relationship was complicating, but so delicious to read!!! There was raw passion and absurd electricity between them!!! This is by far my most favorite couple in the series, and imagined that I had also fiercely loved the previous couples!!! I enjoyed their story very much and I am kind of sad that the reign of these particular Gods had come to an end, cause I had such a great time reading about them and their Godesses!!!
"You're playing with fire, baby."

The final of this book of this series has arrived! We finally get to see Tristan and Aria acknowledge who they are to one another. Their chemistry has been off the charts since book one. The two clearly can’t stand one another but the tension between them is very much there. And with love and hate being two sides of the same coin, it was only a matter of time until things between them changed. There was a time Tristan and Aria were close but growing up the way Tristan did, he was expected to be a certain way. Aria has never cared for this elite society. Marching to the beat of her own drum, she won’t let anyone stop her from being who she is. They are in the final stretch of their senior year, antagonizing one another as per usual. But things change when Aria discovers some family secrets. Ones that are tied to Tristan. Much to their displeasure, they’ll have to work together to solve it. And in doing so, they’ll also have to acknowledge what they mean to one another and if either are truly willing to do anything about it. I really liked this final story! It was a great way to end the series. There is a lot more to Tristan and Aria and we really get to see that in this book. What I really loved about this series in addition to the intense romance between our main characters is the mystery and danger intertwined with them as well. So sad to see this series end! I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Throughout the previous books, you will meet Tristan and Aria, he's the arrogant God of God's and she's the sharp tongued no-nonsense lass.
These two were childhood friends turned enemies. Years later and the jabs, the looks, the disdain for one another is still going strong! However there's no denying the underlying s3xual tension - it's there in buckets!! But it's not until Aria finds a hidden journal which has her uncles and his grandas name in it, mentions of brotherhood and a d3ath - bring on working together and discovering secrets!
I enjoyed it... even with the attitude towards each other there's no denying Tristan and Aria are well suited! We get to catch up with the ones from the first two books - still love them!!
Aria and Tristan’s enemies-to-lovers journey kept me hooked from start to finish. Once best friends, their relationship is now filled with tension and unresolved feelings, but when Aria uncovers a dark family secret, they’re forced to work together. The chemistry between them is off the charts, and the mix of romance, suspense, and mystery made this book hard to put down. I loved the twists and turns and how their past and present collided. The characters’ growth, especially Tristan and Aria’s complicated relationship, made this a memorable read. It’s a fantastic way to wrap up the series.
Becca Steele is back with the third and final book fromGods of Hatherley Hallseries. Sinful Stormshas us venturing through a Childhood Friends turned Enemies to Lovers, Secret Society, Sports Romance in this interconnected Standalone that is Head Boy and Captain of LacrosseTristan Smith-Chamberlain and Aria Rose Harper’s story.
Once Childhood Friends now turned EnemiesTristan and Aria’s journey whilst entertaining at times given their constant jabs at one another. Going back and forth with their hatred that made for some interesting moments. Simultaneously it was intense from the all the tension built and continuously growing. Not just from their evolving relationship that took them from Enemies to Lovers. But from the other elements that came into play in the overall storyline. From all that was alluded to in the mystery that came to light and slowly began to unravel, it bought about indication of secrets being kept and lies and deceit being told, ultimately paving way for suspense to build, while bringing on more drama. And not just between Tristan and Aria, but from outsiders in the form of secondary characters that are friends and family. All of which made for an intriguing and appealing storyline that had my interest piqued with every page turn gaining my attention further.
The banter and sexual tension which built towards sizzling chemistry shared between Tristan and Aria given their attraction for one another is what made it no surprise when Tristan and Aria finally combusted. Giving into the smoking hot, fiery steam they created in their sexy times together, they definitely had the fire alarms ringing.
AlthoughSinful Stormwas a good read, I can’t deny it did seem to be lacking when it came to not seeing much exploration within the buildup of Tristan and Aria’s relationship IMO. And maybe it was just me, but due to the plot centred around the mystery aspect, it sometimes led to the focus on Tristan and Aria’s relationship to be taken away with being pushed out of the spotlight. Which meant there wasn’t as much evolving growth of them going from Enemies to Lovers being shown, something I would’ve preferred to see more of.
In the end, despite the issue mentioned above, the finale toGods of Hatherley HallsseriesSinful Stormsended up being a pleasant read with author Becca Steele delivering a solid narrative when it came to Tristan and Aria’s story. As well as tying the ends once and for all to the overall series with the inclusion of the other couples too in the epilogue.

SINFUL STORMS - Gods Of Hatherley Hall Book 3 ) Have you ever come across a series that just hooked you in a way that doesn’t happen very often? That you found yourself not only falling completely in love with from the very first book and page but had the ability to make you feel so many different emotions you never saw coming? Everything from being utterly speechless to actually screaming outta pure frustration and trying not to throw your tablet right across the room to smiling and laughing at times to sobbing and cheering so freaking hard ? Kinda like being on the craziest ride at the amusement park !!! you know that feeling you get in your stomach from being excited and anxious all at the same time - the anticipation of whats to come next ? Well Becca’s Gods Of Hatherley Hall Series has done just that in spades ♠️ First we met Knox Ashcroft in Cruel Crypts then we got Roman Cavendishs story in Wicked Waterw both of which I found myself equally obsessed and in love with . To the point that if you asked me to choose a favorite I would have said not possible just not possible . But that was before I met Tristan Smith Chamberlain in Sinful Storms . Because his and Arias journey is unlike anything I’ve read in quite some time . I mean the intrigue and suspense, the twists and turns , the secrets , the revelations, the mystery, the obstacles, the love , the passion, the pain , the tension, the hate to love aspect , the complexity of their characters as well as the relationship between them . To say that I was hooked would have to be a huge understatement. I cannot really put into words exactly what is was but there two just pulled me in so completely, the connection I felt to both really was like a moth to a flame 🔥. So sad to see this trilogy end but at the same time I cannot wait to see what Becca has planned for us next .
This is the perfect enemies-to-lovers story. The tension between Aria and Tristan was already sky high between the two of them, but when they began to piece together a decades old mystery that involved both of their families, it completely amped up their chemistry to volcanic levels. Brilliant!
There is something to be said for the perfect timing in turning enemies to lovers. That pinnacle moment when everything changes and in Sinful Storms these two strong characters struck that perfect moment just like lightning. Aria and Tristan have both danced the concept that they loathe one another for years. They made an art form out of it as their best friends have watched from a safe distance.
Aria Harper and Tristan Smith-Chamberlain, while connected by his parents being her godparents, which has made it sometimes awkward growing up, Tristan's wealth and social circles were also a bit more elevated. When they were younger it wasn't something either of them noticed, but as they began to age things also began to change. Tristan kept up an air of superiority and left Aria behind, which then began their years-long disdain for each other.
It's their last year at Hatherley Hall and they are just hoping to avoid one another, or at least Aria is, Tristan seems much more fascinated in where she disappears to much of the time. It's during one of these moments that they discover a decades old secret and much to Aria's dismay, it will take both of them to solve it.
I enjoyed that neither of them had been pining for years or a total wallflower. The chemistry was so much better with them both being strong and a bit stubborn in the long run. It made the mystery and solving it much more intense.
✨ Boarding School Romance ✨ Enemies to Lovers ✨ Dark Romance
⭐ 5/5
Aria, stubborn, feisty and determined Tristan, cocky, confident and ignorant
Aria’s thought: Outside, the storm clouds rolled away until the storm was nothing but a distant rumble. The night sky spread out before us, dotted by countless glittering stars, and everything was still.
Quote: ”I trusted you then, and I trust you now. You make everything better. I’m not afraid of the storm anymore, Tristan”
Aria and Tristan
The last god found his goddess. Formerly friends, brought apart by expectations, becoming teenagers and their circumstances. That is part of the past of Aria and Tristan. Without much effort they went to being enemies most of their teenage years. But underneath it all, they are insanely attracted to each other. When Aria discovers a long lost and hidden secret that includes a tragedy in her family, she gets a stone rolling. Because not only does Tristan want to know about the secret she has found, he gets to see his own family is involved too, along with other people. By entangling everything Aria and Tristan get closer without wanting to. That only brings them to face the facts both desperately want not to see, feel or admit. Can they overcome all the obstacles in their way and their own confusing thoughts and feelings? A journey between the past, the present and about the future lies ahead of them that could change everything. Suspenseful and emotionally drawn in more ways ist the last chapter in the story of the gods. Wonderful and fitting ending for that couple and this series itself.
↓↓ I was wondering how these two went from being so close when they were younger to despising each other so strongly but Becca did such a great job in weaving in the past with the present to explain what led up to everything.
Tristan was the typical pompous arrogant rich boy while Aria was the one putting him in his place all the time. The tension between these two in the beginning was so strong. When things finally snapped for them I loved watching them slowly fall in love and come to terms with their feelings.
The suspense kept me on my toes throughout the book. Holy secrets and betrayal!
I really liked that we got a lot of interaction with the previous couples in this final book, it was a kind of farewall to everyone. It's the end to the series and what a way to go out with Tristan and Aria.

I've been wanting to get back into this world. As soon as I found out that this third installment was releasing I started looking forward to it immediately. I picked it up and got right back into the Gods of Hatherley Hall world. I enjoyed this story so much!
Aria and Tristan's journey pulled me right in! Aria and Tristan have been in each other's lives for many years, but these former best friends can't stand each other. Ignoring each other proves to be easier said than done, especially when a secret is discovered. Can Tristan and Aria join forces to figure everything out? and could it ignite so much more between these two enemies?
I've been so curious about Aria and Tristan and was so glad that we got their story. I really liked how these two had a past together. I didn't know how everything was going to play out for them from working together to everything between them which I really enjoyed and had me even more glued to my kindle.
I loved how Tristan and Aria got under each other's skin in so many ways! The back and forth between these two was very entertaining! I was so glad that I got to dive into both Aria and Tristan's minds and get the real. It was great to see these two join forces and have to face their feelings in the process. The chemistry between these two so good! Tristan and Aria had me feeling a lot with them throughout.
It was awesome being back at Hatherley Hall and reuniting with characters!
With Sinful Storms, Ms.Steele has created such a good enemies to lovers read that brought the uniqueness that is Hatherley Hall, kept me on edge, and had me feeling so much! Definitely check out the Gods of Hatherley Hall Series if you haven't already. I can't wait to read what this author brings our way next! 💛⚡
*I volunteered to read and review a copy of this book from the author*
“Sinful Storms” is the the third and final book in the “Gods of Hatherly Hall” series.
It’s a bittersweet moment when you say goodbye to a series you love. I have loved every single release in this series. Becca Steele has yet again done a phenomenal job with Tristan and Aria’s story.
Tristan and Aria were very close when they were younger. Tristan has become the arrogant typical rich boy while Aria is the feisty heroine who has no problems what so ever putting him in his place. They are the ultimate enemies to lovers. I loved their banter and their chemistry was off the charts.
“Sinful Storms” is very mysterious and had me guessing at every turn. I could not love this wonderful story anymore than I already did. Becca Steele definitely saved the best for last!
Finally here is the third and final book in the "Gods of Hatherley Hall" series by Becca Steele and the wait was definitely worth it!! I devoured this book from beginning to end!!
This was a great enemy to lovers story with some spooky and mysterious vibes. Tristan and Aria were in each other's lives without wanting to be. At one point in their youth they were friends but by the time they attended Hatherley Hall that friendship was long gone. Now they are enemies with incredible wickery banter.
I love the intensity and tension these two had. Their love/hate relationship was off the charts hot and while their relationship was complicated, the forbidden aspect of it made this book even better for me.
There is some mystery that comes along the way involving one of Aria's family members which brings her and Tristan to work together which leads them to uncover buried secrets.
I really enjoyed this story and it was the perfect ending for this series.
Welcome back to God's Of Hatherley Hall, which is book three in the series, and let me tell you, this world is one of my absolute favourites.
Damn, Tristan is a swoonworthy god and just left me swooning! 😍🔥 I absolutely devoured Sinful Storms, and Tristan & Aria's story will draw you in with their sexual chemistry, attraction & history!!
I am allfrigginfor the hate vibes in these books. It builds passion, chemistry, and attraction so well. The growth of the story, pace, and friendship that laces this book just fills my damn heart, and I LOVE the hidden banter and unity between the gods and their girls. I absolutely friggin adore Becca Steele's books and her writing style, and she absolutely nails it again!
I am so excited for what next from Becca, whether that's this series or a new world and characters ❤️
This was bittersweet because it signifies the end of the Gods of Hatherley Hall Series. I have really enjoyed this series and I really enjoyed Sinful Storms. I liked the underlying mystery and the fact that Aria and Tristan had know each other for so long and with such a strong foundation.
I didn't really understand the animosity, mostly from Aria’s perspective. Tristan just seemed to feed off her energy. All in all it felt a little forced. Once that was worked out I started to feel their connection and it made it easier to root for them.
I liked that we got to see Tristan and Aria as kids and see that connection develop. I also loved that we got to see so much of the past characters and how they are all doing. It was an engaging story that had me flipping the pages late into the night. This was such a entertaining series. I have enjoyed all the characters and the dynamic between them all. It was a quick read but still packed a lot of emotions and angst. I would recommend it!
TROPES: ⚡ M/F standalone Tristan Smith-Chamberlain - the king of the gods (or so he likes to think). Loosely based on Zeus. Aria Rose Harper, our little scorpion. ⚡ Academy This is the third and final book in the Gods of Hatherley Hall series of interconnected standalones. ⚡ Enemies to lovers ‘I hated the way he made my heart beat faster with his smile.’ ⚡ Secret society
Tristan is Aria’s godbrother and they spent a lot of time together in childhood since her parents tragically passed away. Because of the connection they constantly fought they have pushed each other away until they can’t anymore. There is a lot of character growth as Tristan learns to stand up for himself but also stop with the constant ego. Aria also had to learn to accept love and help and be vulnerable overall. It was more slow to medium spice level.
Hopefully we will see these lovable characters again in cameos 🫶🏼
I have been dying for this book. Aria and Tristan give all the best friends now enemies to lovers vibes that will have you hooked. These two were once best friends and now I’m their final year Aria is doing everything to avoid Tristan, however he is making this more than difficult. Then once Aria discovers a secret from the past, these two can’t stay away from each other even though they try with all their might. Aria and Tristan will give you all the feels, banter, and moments that make you want to yell or shake them to figure things out, but either way you’ll be hooked and devouring this book to find out not only what will happen between them, but what happened so long ago with the secret society. Plus add in our favorites from Hatherley Hall and you know you won’t be disappointed. I could get enough of these two and the constant push and pull between them, I was hooked and wanting more.
Wow. What can I say about Tristan and Aria?! Both stubborn and hardheaded but they two of the most local people you could meet. A true, friend-enemies-lovers story. Secrets and old society come to light and Tristan and Aria want answers! Tristan is a God and golden boy, with a great heart and passionate about his loved ones. Aria is cautious and damaged girl. Having grown up about her parents and struggles around her Godparents, she’s a little jaded but has a big, kind and loving heart. These two are at each other’s throats any chance they get until eventually the sparks fly so hard that they can’t control themselves. And when I tell you those sparks were HOT! It was good to go back to Hatherley Hall and see past characters too! Love getting a glimpse of their lives too! Becca has a way of making you fall for her characters and sucking you into their world. I’m so excited to see what comes next from her!
Becca Steele truly saved the best for last. I loved this series and the previous books but Tristan and Aria are definitely my favorite couple. It was just something about these two that fit perfectly together, their banter was hilarious and sizzlingly hot. The underlying chemistry between them was so electrifying. I couldn't get enough of them. I loved Aria! She was bada$$, confident and she was unapologetically herself. Tristan was deliciously sweet, his jealousy and possessiveness where Aria was concerned gave me butterflies. I loved how unconcsoiusly protectiveness amd thoughtful he was towards her. These two stole my heart and will be living rent free in my mind for a while. This book was thrilling and exciting with a unique plot with so many twists and turns that I was on the edge of my seat. Becca Steele has once again given us another well written book that I devoured.
I enjoyed reading Aria and Tristan story. I was surprised when it was revealed that they are actually god brother & god sister. Tristan's parents became Aria's godparents when her parents died and her grandmother was battling health issue and wasn't able to take care of her. Tristan's family comes from a wealthy blood-line. They were known and of their elite status. However, Aria isn't. This caused a rift in Tristan and Aria's friendship. Tristan's parents told Tristan that he needs to hang out with people in the same circle/elite status as him just like Knox and Roman (who also comes from a wealthy family heritage line). Tristan and Aria were best friends when they were young until Tristan started to distance himself as he got older and became popular and left Aria behind. Even though they have a love/hate relationship, their feelings for each other ran deep more than they care to admit it. Until one day, Aria found a mysterious box under the floorboard in the tower and everything started to unravel dark secrets about her great uncle and the secret society that once existed in Hatherley Hall.
I absolutely enjoyed this book and the thin line between love and hate between Tristan and Aria! Every time they were in the same space you could feel the tension between them and the further in I read, the more I was on the edge of my seat waiting for that explosive tension to give way! These two solving the mystery of Aria's great uncle pushed them together in a way neither of them expected, and feelings started to show. Aria was not very trusting of Tristan or his family, feeling undervalued for not being an elite wealthy family like them. As the twists and turns were revealed I couldn't read fast enough!
If you haven't read this book or this series, I absolutely recommend it! It has possessive OTT gods, spice, childhood friends, secrets, academy, sports, and if those are your thing...then you need this!
• About the Book • ✿ POV: dual ✿ Couple: Aria & Tristan ✿ 3rd Act Breakup: no ✿ Tropes: prep school, enemies to lovers, mystery, he falls first ✿ Trigger warnings: no
• Thoughts • And alas, we have all of the stories for the gods of Hatherley Hall. Tristan and Aria bring us an enemies to lovers romance full of intrigue and banter. I’m convinced that arguing is the love language between these two. Aria loved dressing Tristan down, and Tristan loved Aria’s sharp tongue. I was glad to see Tristan and Aria finally give in to the tension that was between them. They both deserved to finally get their happy ending.
Tristan and Aria's story was my favorite in the series. From them growing up together and then turning into enemies left you wondering how they would end up together. They were so mean to each other but behind all those digs they took on each other there was strong feelings. Once they got around their hate they both realized there was something more special to their relationship. The mystery box was very intriguing. I thought I figured it out, but I was wrong. Once Tristan found it and wanted to help Aria solve the mystery it was a page turner. One clue led to more and I couldn't read fast enough. And to throw pieces of the journal in between chapters definitely got my head spinning on trying to solve the mystery before it was revealed. Another great book by Becca and what a way to end an amazing series.
To begin, I am obsessed with this series. The legend at the beginning of the book just pulls you in.
Lol, it was kinda funny how both main characters kept fighting and acting like they were into each other, but it was clear to everyone around how much they just worked.
The banter between Aria and Tristian was my favorite parts of the book. Also, the mystery kept me engaged throughout the entire book, I needed to know what happened. This ended up being a one sitting read for me because of the mystery element.
I'm so sad to say goodbye to Hatherley Hall. Hopefully, we will see more in the future.
WOW this book was so good! I love when you get the past and present combination, this book did not disappoint! I enjoyed every moment of Tristan and Aria. The enemies to lover's vibe in this book was strong and that is definitely one of my favorite tropes and Becca did it justice. The whole vibe of this book I enjoyed so much, I also enjoyed that we get the previous couples in this book as well. The tension in this book between Tristian and Aria was also so good, there is just so many wonderful things that I enjoyed about this book. There of course is suspense and secrets that will have you wanting to know more. Highly recommended reading.
While the first book in this series is still my favourite, this one was a close second. It was very nearly a top read, and the perfect way to wrap up a riveting series. A lot of authors spend the final book wrapping things up, but being standalone books, we got thrown into another mystery and I couldn't get enough. There were a few things I would of liked clarification on, but that's me more always wanting nitty gritty than unanswered things. I did take a while to warm up to the characters because I was too busy trying to unravel the mystery, I did really like them by the end. I look forward to seeing what the author comes up with next.
