Same Same but Different

This is a story similar to many of those told by Europeans. In Thailand the Thais steal the business once it's successful - easy because in that country the Thais have to own 51% by law. Not so in Kampuchea. It's a free-for-all where anything goes and the Europeans go free as long as they pay the nice policeman. Violence is taken for granted as is the drug, sex and human trafficking trade. You just live with it.
