I thought this was very well done for mediators and parties who are really only arguing over money. The author provides good tips and insights on how to get parties away from positional negotiations. As a longtime litigator breaking into the mediation industry, I found it helpful.
Insightful, coming from long experience. Very helpful for someone like me who is just starting out as a meditator. I suggest reading Getting to Yes first, as this builds on those foundational concepts.
