I’m just gonna be real with yall - I pounded this book in 10 minutes to feed my goodreads challenge. It had a lot of platitudes in it. I agreed with about 73% of them? There were a couple zingers in there. Let’s see if I remember any…………..Maturity isn’t about age, it’s about level of responsibility. Romance isn’s all love and love isn’t all romance. Slick. If your wife asks if you love her, you must say yes (even if you don’t? What is this implying?) JUST SAY YOU LOVE THE WOMAN, SHE SHOULDN’T HAVE TO ASK DAMN. Like I feel like it’s a problem if she’s asking all the time. You both should just say it. No each other. Um there was something about pulling strings not pushing them, leadership blah blah blah. Something about setting the example for your kids. Don’t beat someone for what they don’t do if they don’t know what they’re doing wrong in the first place? No thats not quite it. Something about thumbs, no that’s not it either. Argh this is so hard! Live laugh love stay hard they may take your lives but they will never take your freedom ra ra b out
