Great breadth covered, with emphasis on digital ASIC-based chip design.
Wish I had this on my first VLSI class, it's easy to digest with its Q&A format.

Definitely worth a read if you could grab one, it's quite costly to buy though.
I have found very few "Quick overview of VLSI concepts for job interviews" books, it's nice that this book fits in that category.
