Over the last 34 years, Bob Schmidt has developed speaking, teaching, motivational, and communication skills that few people ever achieve. He considers his greatest asset being able to analyze people, companies, industries and systems in real world terms and to creatively eliminate the obstacles - pushing for simpler, easier and better ways of doing things. At a 1970 High School Graduation Bob could have been voted "Least Likely to Succeed." He fit the stereotypical profile of "shy and unmotivated." He was working as a thin-skinned engineer, who hated the telephone, and was afraid of public speaking. In addition, he had zero people, business, or other vital communication skills. Ironically, he then entered the world of network marketing. "I spent the first four years in this industry running between mad and frustrated," says Bob. In time, Bob learned the art of success, "I believe it is just plain hard work and staying in the trenches and I definitely have a passion for what works" says Bob. In his 34 year career, he has only been with 4 companies, leaving the three prior companies for all the right reasons, and with dignity.
