Liked the plot, and how it was weaved... But i feel like the writing could have been better. Maybe the problems I had were because it was written how Ishani was thinking, but that kinda seemed a little... Ancient, for the lack of a better term.

Really liked Shivay, and his personality. I feel like I really would have loved it if the whole book was from his prospective, but then I would have absolutely hated Ishani so 🤷‍♀️ But Shivay's way of thinking and the way he loved his family, and who he was as a person really made me love his character.

But I had trouble liking Ishani... She was a self-proclaimed savior of the desert clans who ✨ had ✨ to save her birthplace from the "ruthless fraud". I mean, I get why she would be skeptical, but she went WAY beyond that and it was so frustrating 🙃

To be very honest, she was one of the main reasons why I didn't enjoy the book much. Not to say that she wasn't a good character, I get where she was coming from, and how her sheltered background played a major role in making her this way, but she still irritated me.

Overall, it was between okay and nice for me, but I absolutely love M. V. Kasi & P. G. Van, and I really liked the plot, so I'm looking forward to the next books in this series ❤

I am a huge fan of the heroes who know how to play with rules yet represent themselves as cold, brutal, and merciless. I am sure you are surprised as to why I like those men. Because they are the epitome of power and are the strength of their loved ones. They stand with their people and never back off from fulfilling their duty. And the personality they share OMG handsome as hell and their dark eyes speak a thousand words.

M V Kasi & P G Van never disappoint when it comes to representing such heroes. The royal touch they give to their stories is what makes them different. When I had seen the cover of this book I was wondering whether it was a forced marriage trope or a mafia kind of thing but when I read this I was shocked to experience this simple yet complicated story of Shivay and Ishani. It's a story with a great background, family emotions, peace, and harmony in their region.

Shivay will capture your heart in the first scene itself with his bold, cold, dashing, and smashing personality. Whereas Ishani will give you the feeling of being a sheltered, caged princess yet fierce and firm. Though you will see different colors of their heritage, their clan, and their custom what worked for me was their story, their hate-love story.

A very intriguingly twisted plot where you will experience the twists in every next scene and every new turn will make the story deeper and well fortified.

Not very new or unique but interesting and entertaining.

Shivay Thakvar is ruthless and doesn’t stop until he gets what he wants. When his mother reveals a life-altering truth, he flies back to his homeland. And what he wants now is an alliance with the heiress of a desert clan, of course, for personal reasons.

Ishani Gujjar, the heiress of a desert clan and the bride of our hero, thinks that she is getting married to a fraud who is lying to get something from the people for his benefit. Therefore, she flees on her wedding night, leaving her husband in the middle of nowhere. Now that Shivay knows his seemingly innocent wife is not so innocent, he wants to take revenge on her for betraying him. But he can’t help but fall for her innocence and beauty, and she can’t stop herself from loving him after knowing his truth. Will they trust each other again and be together?

Twisted Alliance, by PG Van and MV Kasi, is set in rural parts of India, and I love how the authors have described and brought in the customs of those people. It is also good to read how subtly they change Ishani’s character from sheltered and innocent to an empowered young woman. To be honest, this book feels like reading old Telugu movies that are set in rural areas. With fights and twists here and there, the plot is intriguing. I have always been a fan of both authors, and I can’t wait for the plot to unfold in the next book in this series.

I do wish I could get to read more from Shivay’s perspective, though. I would’ve loved to read how and when he fell in love with her because most of them were from Ishani’s point of view. I can understand that it was necessary because they wanted to showcase her evolution, but I still would’ve liked to read from Shivay’s point of view too. Regardless, I enjoyed reading the book.

Book: Twisted Alliance: Arranged Marriage with Billionaire Romance
Authors: @mvkasi & @authorpgvan
Ratings : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This twisted alliance between Ishani Gujjar and Shivay Thakvar is all you need for a great weekend. It had all the flavours, be it love, deceit, regrets, suspense, thrill, twist, you name it, and you will find it in this perfectly written, mesmerising alliance.

Shivay's character was enigmatic, powerful, as well as cold and ruthless, who was ready to take any risk just for the reunion of his parents. His marriage to Ishani was just a part of his plan, but the innocent, beautiful, sheltered princess Ishani was fierce and strong-headed; She was like a caged bird who was tempted to fly high but couldn't fulfill her dreams. I just loved her character. How can someone be so treacherous and yet so innocent? She was the perfect example of beauty with brains.

The poignant style of writing would force you to read it in one sitting, and the descriptions of Singoor Land, Oasis, the grand wedding, and the final climax scenes were so wonderful that you would yearn to re-read it again. The entire storyline kept me hooked throughout the reading. I could literally imagine the scenes in front of me. The thrilling and suspenseful part was intriguing and kept me on edge, and I can't wait to read how the story will unfold further.

Sands of Singoor surely has the power to capture the hearts and souls of all the readers, and it was like a treat for me to read this beauty.

I'm eagerly waiting for the stories of Rishab and Nakul; they're surely going to be far too intriguing, thrilling, and romantic.

I am reading Kasi's books from a long time and can easily say, this is not her best work. A switch between the choppy, sloppy writing — overused, internet slang and horrendously poor command of the language, and Kasi's smooth, fluid writing style taking place every few pages made my eyes hurt and my head spin.
Kasi is just copy pasting her own work!!
This book had:
1. 3 powerful brothers are behind daughters of powerful alliances. (Verma brothers)
2. Heroine is forced to be married to hero and thinks he is a monster. (Bound by Revenge)
The scenes between them were exactly same as they were between Annika and Abhay Singham
3. Next book in the series will be of a brother having love/hate relationship with his to-be-bride 's sister. (Wicked deception)
Apart from that the book is boring as hell. Hero had no personality and heroine was wayy too dumb!

A note to Kasi:
I autobuy all your books. You are an amazing writer who don't need someone else to gain popularity. I have called out the same thing for that trash "Reckless dare" book. It is so easy to identify that the line is written be you or the other writer.
Please don't ruin your reputation or "authenticity" by doing this pair book writing. This will not help in the long run if it is not even helping now!!!
You entered in this writing world without her. One book I can digest, two is fine...why are you writing "multiple trioligies" with her??
I strongly suggest you gain a little confidence in yourself, and stop this nonsense because it is ruining "your" talent.

Disappointed and so sad. I had high expectations from this book. Abhay Singham is still my favourite character from Singham bloodlines book series. I have the paperback and kindle edition of the book. Cant help but draw comparision between Shivay-Ishani and Abhay-Avantika. I disliked Ishani so much. Right 30% in the book she decided Shivay is torturing her when he did nothing and she tried to kill him. The phone incident was irritating - couldnt she just speak with Shivay? After everything there is still a lack of trust not to mention her immature thinking. She is the only reason I didnt like this book. Shivay deserved someone like Avantika.

Overall it was a nice read. The problem I had here was that it did not show much love between the characters. Even when Shivay and Ishani were thinking about their attractions it was more on the physical front. Only in the last chapters when they pronounced it clearly on their minds that they love each other was when I found out they loved each other. It was more of a lust towards each other.

Other than that I liked this book. Really great. It was well written and there was no excessive dragging or dialogue.

The plot was good and I liked how the situations were handled yet I think that the writing could have been much more enhanced if Ishani's character wasn't so off and her thought process was a bit different. Loved Shivay overall except for the s*x spree he was on I mean I personally found it a bit over the top. An okay to somewhat nice read for me.

I loved Shivay & Ishani's story. It was thrilling, full of drama and action and some really good chemistry between the main characters. Shivay was intense while Ishani was kinda soft and naive but I loved her regardless! So overall, this was a very easy and enjoyable read. I'm looking forward to read more from this series!

Twisted but beautiful

As Always authors PG Van and MV Kasi has aced in their story telling. Though Ishani was too naive to believe her brother and I had to facepalm for her misconception and actions, I loved the way the authors carry forwarded the love between Ishani and Shivay and kept the readers at edge. Jumping soon into other siblings twisted love stories.

I am a bit confused about how I feel for this book. I hated the previous book I read by this author so I already had some pre conceived thoughts about this book, and for sure twisted alliances is not a book that I will remember about even a week from now. It was the whole South Indian movie aspect of the book that I enjoyed. I was craving for a cheesy Indian wattapad book and this book was exactly that. A decent read, but I will never think about it beyond this review.

The story is well written and narrated from both the protagonists points of view. A very different plot, I never read something like this in these so common Tropes, finally got so different and interesting plot in these royal arrange Marriage tropes, twisted and mesmerising alliance. The characters Shivay and Ishani were beautiful penned admist the chaos. First book I have read from the authors, I am just looking forward to read more. This is the first book in the " Sand Of Singoor" series, it is extremely satisfying with a romantic, mysterious, spicy and thrilling plot. Already in love this Shivay the eldest, looking forward to Rishabh and Nakul's stories. After a long time I read a book that kept me up the whole time. The plot the book kept me hooked and I had completed the book in one and half day. You will get lots of violence, hate, love and dangerous arranged alliance between clans. I love the hot and spicy chemistry between Ishani and Shivay, it was swoon-worthy. Shivay was a strong, protective, dangerous and so ruthless, but one of the best MCC I have ever read, whereas Ishani was a sheltered innocent, beautiful and so dangerous princess! Shivay's innocent treacherous Wife. That's "Indeed a deadly combination" Loved the Suspense and mystery in story. A very intriguingly twisted plot where you will experience the twists in every next scene and every new turn will make the story more interesting, deeper and well fortified. Absolutely love their hate-love story. Sands of Singoor surely has the power to capture the hearts and souls of all the readers, definitely a Must Read book. A great read indeed.

Trope : Forced Proximity, Enemies to Lovers & Arranged Marriage.

The story revolves around Shivaay and Ishani, who have a love-hate dynamic that sets the stage for a gripping, slow-burn romance. This book is an intense mix of family drama, betrayal, and secrets.

This book was the Foundation For the Series "The Sands Of Signoor."
