This is a biblically based health book. I think anyone who follows the Abrahamic religions would be fine listening to this book as we all have a lot of the same teachings. There isn't that many Bible quotes either. That said, it's like most health books out there. Eat well (organic, non-processed foods), move, stay away from toxins, pray, etc. I like that this one included forgiving people and how your emotions effect your health.

The only two things I didn't like in this book is the many "doctor" Mercola references and the nutritional advice given to women during menstruation. I'd look into Alisa Vitti's information for this.

This is a 6.5 hour audio book. You'll need the hard book if you want to follow their 7 week program because the audio book doesn't mention the details.

As a fan of both Jordan Rubin and Dr Josh Axe, I found this book to be very enlightening. There is so much information - I may likely need to purchase it in order to follow it step by step.
I believe this is a plan that can truly heal and can benefit anyone willing to take that first step. We are living in a world of scary chemicals and “frankenfood” which I do not want for my child or grandchildren.
I am glad this book was written with two women and has numerous testimonies regarding the benefits of this lifestyle.
