I found this follow up to the trilogy rather annoying as there were glaring mistakes. It seems Worley is no longer married to Leah with no explanation to the reader and when Ave and Jack go to Scotland they are told Arthur the neighbour next door had lost his wife a year ago, then later in the book Arthur tells Ave his wife died during the war and he never married again.
