It's a resource for maintaining finger dexterity while simultaneously working on chops. I've done a poor job doing daily practice but the book is exactly what it sets out to be.

It doesn't work on theory or transcribing or anything else, though. So, look elsewhere if you're aiming for that kind of knowledge development.
