This book was amazing! The life of St Alphonsus de Liguori is one that must have been very hard. But its these hardships that eventually turned him into a Saint. His trust in God alone was his motivation to do his work but that same trust has been put to test many times in his life. The book has many technical detail about the way Alphonsus de Liguori founded the congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer. The book gets very emotional specifically at the beginning and at the end of the book. A must read!
