As an avid reader of personal growth/self-help books I'm inspired to say that I found great value in this insightful and practical work. The reality is so many books in this category have a tendency to suggest that if one uses the author's recommended approach/tools, that their challenges will be resolved without an extensive amount of personal effort. While this "may" occur for some readers, in my experience the tools prescribed generally are not able to provide these types of fast-fix results. In "Unflappable," Ragini Michaels makes it clear that following her six step process "to staying happy, centered, [&] peaceful no matter what" is indeed something that one has to practice on a consistent basis to receive the maximum results. Her honesty and authenticity makes her a very credible teacher in my view, and because she has actually walked the spiritual path for decades, she has a great handle on what works and what doesn't work when it comes to the concept of self-improvement. As such, I highly recommend "Unflappable" as a personal and spiritual growth resource.
