It’s a good book as far as reassurance that ADHD /ADD can be a beautiful thing and benefit to society. However I don’t feel like there was any specific ways given to manage outside of therapy and medication. It’s a short , quick read and it is encouraging and I think beneficial for anyone with adhd or who is close to someone with it in simply understanding them better and how it can affect the family. I also appreciated the Biblical perspective. However, if you’re looking for creative ways to manage it in your home outside of meds/ therapy, this isn’t the book.
