Really cool book. It contains a lot different pieces of information related to St. John, including testimonies about his life and miracles attributed to his intercession, many sermons and official declarations, a report from the Russian Church on the examination of his relics, and lots of photographs.
The sermons were beautiful. I gained a new appreciation for St. Dismas, the wise thief, as well for the significance of the beginning of the Gospel of St. John the Theologian and the book of Revelation. They were theologically deep and profound while also being highly practical.
Overall, an excellent read that is both informative and spiritually edifying.
