I received book I in this series as an ARC, the rest is yet to come and let me tell you what a treat going back to Dragon School! Although this book isn't about an imminent dragon rider and the dragon school environment, well, it is but from a completely different angle. Destined to be a servant her entire life, Spara's only wish is to be a dragon rider but she's thwarted time and time again to even be eligible to have a dragon choose her. She has a disability and is deemed unfit to attend a choosing.
Well things take a really weird turn, where Spara finds herself riding a dragon, not intentionally at all but her elation at finally being on a dragon's back is marred by the dangerous situation she finds herself in. I loved this fast paced book, which is the start of a new series in this very magical world, where there appear to be forced out to cause havoc and strife. A world where it no longer is safe to assume everyone has good intentions and a world where lies are in the making. Lies out of necessity not of malicious intent. I enjoyed Spara immensely and I'm really looking forward to seeing her shine! Because she has to, I'm willing her to shine...
Sarah writes books that immediately has one vested in the characters and of course, there are awesome Dragons too!

An awesome book with a very talented author!
I loved the depth of character and story line! It really built of of the previous books well! I loved seeing Roalcon again or however you spell it. I enjoyed every minute and I'm ecstatic about there being more released. I also found the make lead being described as a bear hilarious and lovely all at the same time! If you hadn't read the previous books in this world I suggest that you do it in order, although it's not necessary. But honesty, I just love this author as a whole and think you should at least look at her other books as well as this one!

Another Stellar Installment of Tales!
The newest heroine, Spara, with her dragon - a purple, begun the storyline in another wonderful yet almost inconceivable manner which I adore about this and every set of tales taking place in this world.
I’m happy with the combination of disparate elements in this story - bringing pieces and parts from other takes forward into this new generation. That’s all I can say without giving spoilers. So, stamp of approval and whatnot given… read and as always - ENJOY!

I've only been able to read the first episode in this set, but it was fantastic! It's both humorous and heart-wrenching while making you eager to read more. I haven't read any of the other Dragon School World books, so it can easily be read without reading all the others first.

Certainly entertaining with the balance of words ensuing a great book! I have read many books by this author, and she always writes great books, and this book is no different.

Well-written YA fantasy adventure!
Told from first-person point of view, this story is fast-paced and features one of my favorite things: intelligent dragons who are their own characters. Who doesn't love a good dragonrider story?

I absolutely love this series! It’s very entertaining. Despite being weary of the YA tag you get so lost in the story you forget how old the characters are supposed to be. I enjoyed it.

I've read the first 2 episodes of this story and am looking forward to the rest. This is a high action, high stakes, fight for survival by a lovable girl and the dragon she's trying to save. When all looks lost, Spara finds a way to change the outcome. Love it.
