I found this book in 1979 and it helped me. In time, it led me to living at Findhorn and even getting to know Eileen a little (though she found me a bit too intense I think).

Obviously any Spiritual Self Help book is going to have acres of diamonds, which this one does. The author writes as if she is speaking for God in the 1st tense. Pretty slow reading, a bit tedious.

I enjoy this book now and then, but it's clearly better quality "outtakes" from Caddy's transcriptions.
