In-depth study of Holywood Golden Age film architecture. There are also few interesting photograps of movie sets, but it is mainly the text that makes this book worth buying. Author tries to establish film architecture as a natural part of real architecture that creates our sorroundings and history. By mentioning many interesting facts that are coming straight from movie design observations or memories of famous art directors and production designers, reader could really get into undestanding of what those movies in the first half of 20th century really were.
