Great for beginners. A book you'll return to time and time again through your Icelandic journey. Although the grammar can really smack you in the face with an overwhelming amount of information. It's an introductory book. So, if you've completed an A1 course you'll know a lot of this already. Still great and worth the read. However, not as complete as I'd hoped for. I liked that the way this is set up reminded me of learning German in high school.

As always with Teach Yourself series books, this is a great introductory text, but I wish they went a little more in-depth on the grammar - especially in this case where I am struggle to find a suitable book on Icelandic grammar.
