The book is about make Change quickly, easily, and profitably. The book narrates day-wise the steps of change management. Few of precious gems it contains.

This one ticked all the boxes for me. Clear, concise, practical and more-or-less jargon free. I'm not sure that you can do all of this in a week but a great way to approach the dreaded change. In fact, I liked the book so much that I read both the 2012 edition and the 2016 edition. Highly recommended to the normal crew.

Concise, practical, and underpinned by interesting theories. Gave me some good ideas for work while reinforcing others. Removed 1* as I think a week is a bit ambitious to read it (if you work, have children, have a social life, etc. 😛). Although, to be fair, it's a short book with no padding, which is a big plus! 👍
