I rate this book 3.5 stars.
This was a sweet MMF romance. I really loved the chemistry between Kasey and Duncan and Julia. It was so sizzling hot and steamy, but the best was how sweet they treat each other. I enjoyed the friendships that they had which supported them, and who they are. I thought this book was enjoyable to read.

This was definitely a hot MMF story - I did enjoy the dynamics of how they became well a whole group together...but I think for me I just wasn't at all attached to Julia (FL) at all. I haven't read the other books but with the way the steam is written - I'm definitely curious. It's on the hotter end...but again I think it's just the dynamics of how Julia herself was that just didn't click much with me. She wasn't annoying at all, but maybe just a bit on the bland...mess side??? Not sure how to explain it. Otherwise again super hot.

This is a good story. The characters are well written and believable. Julia has a sad backstory but she is a lot stronger than what she thinks. Kasey and Duncan are lovable and protective and loving and kind and so sweet. The chemistry is well done. The small town feel of the ranch is fun and comfortable. I love Kat and Justin. The story moves smoothly and is easy to read and follow.

Round Up is a fantastic addition to the list of menage books on the market today. The sexual tension in the beginning was so thick you could cut it with a knife. These characters will pull you into their world and you'll be rooting for them til the end.

Kat giggled as she wrapped her arms around his neck. “Night, Jules, I had fun tonight. I’m really glad you decided to stay.”
“Me too,” Julia replied.
“Go big,” Kat called back as Justin carried her into the house.
“What’s that about?” Kasey asked as he held out his hand to help Julia up off the porch floor.
She grinned. “You know how it is at girls’ night. We get talking.”
“Mmm hmm,” he said.
“So, when you guys mentioned me joining you, I thought you were joking around. After talking to Kat, I realized maybe you weren’t.”
Kasey glanced at Duncan then took a step towards her. “We definitely weren’t joking.”
Holy cow. He was so flippin’ hot. She slid closer to him, so their bodies were touching. “I was hoping I could maybe take you up on the offer.”
“You want to have a threesome with us?” Kasey asked.
“Very much,” Julia replied as she leaned into Kasey’s hard body.
Duncan stepped up beside her. “How much have you had to drink tonight?”
She giggled as she thought about all the shots they’d had as the night progressed. She couldn’t remember the last time she had drank this much. It surprised her she could still have a conversation. “A lot.” She grinned at the men. Normally, she couldn’t hold her liquor at all, so she was pretty proud of herself.
“That’s what I was afraid of,” Duncan murmured.
“What do you mean?” Julia asked.
“Honey, there is nothing we’d like more than to take you to bed and spend hours licking and tasting every inch of your body,” Duncan told her.
“Sounds good to me,” Julia said as she trailed her fingers up his muscular chest.
Duncan placed his hand on top of hers. “But the first time you come to our bed, it’s not going to be when you are completely shitfaced. We need to know this is really what you want.”
She stepped back and placed her hands on her hips. “Are you trying to tell me you’ve never taken a drunk woman to bed?” She scoffed. Hell, most of the sex she’d had in her life had been drunk.
“No, I’m not saying we’ve never taken a woman home when she’s been drinking, but there’s a big difference between tipsy and drunk.” Duncan tipped her head up and looked her in the eye and smiled. “You are definitely in the drunk category, babe.”
“I know, but that’s the only reason I’m brave enough to ask,” she whined.
Kasey laughed. “The cat’s out of the bag now, Jules, so believe me, we aren’t going to let you forget you told us you were interested.”
