Impulse to Kill

Chris had a terrible childhood that contributes to his impulse. This impulse stays with him while he attempts to have a normal life and even gets a girlfriend. All the while he goes on an unwilling killing spree that this impulse forces him onto. He becomes a fantastic police officer and actually gets to work a case in which he is actually the killer.
