I like the 6 day plans, they get right to the point. Also, the section on nutrition is a added bonus. This book is all bite and no bark. Will be getting the hard copy if available.
I can thank this book for all my gains and accomplishments. It's not tailored for a pro athlete but it contains the right material to get you where you want to be if you're an amateur on lack a sense of direction when it comes to making gains.
It does what it says on the tin but it most effective when read in conjunction with other books/fitness manuals. I hardly use it anymore but that's a good thing. Once you cover its contents you'll understand why :)
I found this book at B&N and it fit the profile for one of my fitness & nutrition clients who wanted to workout twice a week, but still get results. Wasn't sure I wanted to buy it, so got it out of the library. Client has been on this program for two weeks and really likes it so far. The book is well laid out and easy to use.
