This book takes you through a big picture 100 reading whizz through the bible.

Why I only gave three stars: It was very devotional in tone but I had been hoping that it would be more theological. Some of the devotional reflections were very good, though.

I think he did a good job of choosing 100 highlights from the bible.

I must confess, I didn't actually read all the bible readings but all the comments (I was more perusing to see whether this would be a resource that I would like to use.) Perhaps my rating would change if I had used it as intended.
