In the twenty-first-century marshal Thomas Jefferson Cade and his cyborg partner, Janek, uphold the law in the violent cities, mutant-ridden Chemlands and lawless Outlands. They are assigned to nail Loren Brak, a renegade drug dealer heading west to start his own empire. With his shock troops, they face a formidable enemy. Surrounded on all sides by hostile forces, the Justice marshals follow the bloody trail to Los Angeles - and enter the killzone...guns loaded, targets in sight.

Playing out like a dystopian action movie, Firestreak is a criminally underrated book that is bold and exciting, full from beginning to end with hard core fight scenes and witty one liners. With likeable leads and clever ideas, Firestreak deserves to make it to the big screen. Must read.
