This book helped me understand what was going on in my life, especially with the boys in my life, meaning my ex-boyfriend (who I'm still friends with).

It taught me how to take care of myself and to make sure that the guy that I'm going after is right for me, and treats me right.

Mostly this book helped me because, now I don't have to choose a horrible guy as a crush and especially as a boyfriend... because my ex-boyfriend was a little weird, but I still loved him all the same.

There was not a bad piece of advice for teens in this book. Stresses self-esteem and honesty, but doesn't avoid sex and controversial topics.
