This is a fascinating conversation between a leftist journalist and Daniel Berrigan, a well-known Catholic activist. Berrigan has very specific ideas about life, faith, and political action which come out strongly in this book. Lockwood is an intelligent interviewer who isn't afraid to push some issues. Together, it results in a memorable exchange that is hugely informing, even or especially today in 2020. I recommend it for those who are trying to figure out what the enfleshed implications of faith are on their lives in times of political upheaval.

Really interesting and thoughtful longform interview with Daniel Berrigan just after his release from prison (serving his sentence for the Catonsville Nine action).
