Good 101 for people who have never used eBay. The book is too outdated now (2017) as it speaks to using Netscape and gives an instruction on how to operate a "wireless phone".
This was a really good book. It had a lot of good information, it was easily organized and quick to read even though it had a lot of information. I personally got a lot out of it and am glad that I ordered it to read!
