Hmmm

The recipes were okay... a lot of sauces and descriptions that took a second to figure out, like, consolidated cream and Apple juice vinegar and chilled all around, and dark sugar. Mix well became five words in a roundabout description. There are too many to mention.
The history was okay... the formatting, editing and proofing ...not great.
Sorry. Just took too much work to enjoy content.

appetizing recipes

This recipes are super appetizing and i feel lighter and healthier, this is definitely the best diet you can follow and this book has many recipes.
