I have read a few books about the rave scene. This is by far the worst and I am sure the writer has never been to a proper rave but just cashing in on what’s popular.
For a proper insight in to (UK) raves try The Class of 88 or All Crews as they truly reflect the scene and were written by people involved in it.
I base my review from being in to ‘rave’ music since 1990 and attending raves since 1994.
To end on a positive note the writer had used a lot of images from Tristin ONeil who was the best rave photographer in the UK.
