"We can become pure in heart, and we ought to strive all the days of our lives to do so, for Jesus said, 'Blessed are the pure in heart; for they shall see God.'" In this book, Elder Featherstone explains the many aspects of purity of heart, including purity and the temple, purity and forgiveness, purity and motherhood, purity and the home, purity and good music, . . .
This book is a little dated. If you have a problem with being told as a woman that you are responsible for your family's and husband's happiness depending on how you care for them and the home, you will not like one little part of this book at all. This book is not long and is full of little sweet stories he tells. These stories are told as examples of those with purity of heart in different situations.
