Struggled to get started as never into 'Sex In The City' or shows/books like it. Did enjoy it in the end as the author did actually travel the world researching this book. I have visited places i never thought I'd go to with the descriptive text and have enjoyed learning about the different cultures. I still really want to visit Iceland, in particular, the Blue Lagoon. Loved the line 'how did we ever give them so much power?' When looking back at past loves - made me reflect on my own life.
I enjoyed following the 5 different girls through their own jouneys, how their posse was formed and appreciating how we all benefit from good friends in our lives.

I bought this book because I absolutely loved the movie but was disappointed to find that the book had a completely different storyline which was a bit odd. It took me a while to get into the book but it got better with time and in the end was quite enjoyable
