And then we talked about how Georgie Porgie needs to learn consent and dad girls can be made of frogs and snails too.

Grade Level- pre-k - kindergarten
Summary- A classic nursey rhyme that offers repitition and alliteration.
Review- Perfect for teaching early phonological awareness.
In class uses- practice rhyming words and word families, as a warm up to a lesson

1) No awards received.

2) Grade range: Pre-K

3) The story is just like the classic except in this newer version there are more animals involved. The ending is a tad different but the storyline remains the same.

4) The story is fun and entertaining for children at the Pre-K level. They'll have fun listening to rhymes and looking at the bright colorful illustrations.

- Possibly start a discussion of rhyming words.
- Create their own animals playing an instrument.
- Reenact a scenes that were most favorable as a class.
- Learn about shapes, colors and animals.

Great way to teach kids their nursery rhymes. Loved to illustrations.
