This is a great reference. The verses are relevant and applicable. For every verse there is a short comment, then several quotes from Biblical scholars and solid Christians like Beth Moore, Ruth and Billy Graham, C.S. Lewis, Corrie Ten Boom and many others.
Don't confuse this book with another with a similar title! There is a big difference!
