Submarines is a educational and knowledgeable nonfiction book. This book is a very informative if you do not know much about submarines. The author educates the reader about all of the parts that make submarines functional, which is very interesting. The book even includes historical facts about different submarines that traveled underwater. One part of this book that I liked was it provided more sites and books that the reader could go visit to learn more about the topic. By including these sources the reader can collect more information and become more knowledgeable about the topic. This book would be a great addition to a classroom library. Since students like different genres in is important to have a diverse collection. Including this book into a classroom library would provide more source for student that enjoy to read nonfiction books. By having books student enjoy reading this will encourage early literacy.
