Excellent information on techniques. I wish I'd read this before starting high school!
Like any great technique, mintues to learn and I suspect a lifetime to master through repetition and application.
The last portion of the book was merely examples and suggestions on application to certain types of documents.

Interesting book on rapid reading. With six steps to improve reading speed. Author gave example to practice as well.
