Excellent book for manager and coach alike

This book focuses on a simple and very effective coaching technique that can be applied in just about any situation.

Throughout the book they're are useful and effective examples that highlights the key method and the authors focus on getting the information across in a way that's easy to apply.

If you're working with people in any supervisory capacity this book is ideal for helping people get the most out of their current role.

Simple, good book. Should be paired with Clean Language

It’s a good book. I don’t think the book stands alone by itself. It should be paired with plain language to activate the technique.

Very interesting framework for effective coaching. The book gives very detailed information, tips, tools and exercises how to use the framework. Want to use it ASAP. Feel very excited about it.
