Caroylyn's books seem to fall into my life at just the right time. This book was not what I expected. It gave why some people act the way they do and the journey that I have been on for many years. I did not like her co-author; but even he had some good points.

This book is probably the most important book to accompany me. <3
There is so much wisdom and it really was and is a great companion for me now for about two years.
I have been relistening parts of it very often and it really helped me to get down deep and
look thoroughly at the places the ego tries to take over and
being humble and accept things as they are.
